You might also click on the Ctrl key on the keyboard and drag Windows around. Pressing the key combinations as many times as necessary will do that. The Ctrl key will also allow you to zoom in while using a scroll wheel on your mouse. Click the Ctrl key at the same time to do so. You'll probably need to describe your issue better if you hope for a useable answer. Do you mean in the editor? I for myself use a wacom tablet, no mouse, therefore it was going to be impossible to figure this one out without help!
